“Background story”

This beautiful place where now stands Casa Tsouka, was just a farming field that belonged to family Tsouka 4 generations back. During the dictatorship in Greece in the 70s, the state expropriated this land due to the owners’ political views. For more than 30 years and after decades in the courts, Tsouka family won the right of claiming back this plot of land. In honor of this background story the establishment was named after the family name, Casa Tsouka.
